Delivery

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and goods are at full responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchange

We understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund, excluding original delivery fees.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item(s) the the cost of returning items to us. We can only accept returns with original packaging. If accepted, you will receive a refund, for the cost of the item of which you originally paid.

To return your product, you should send your product to: Kalyan Ltd , 33 The Poynings, Buckinghamshire, SL0 9DS.

Generally we cannot offer an exchange for any item - only under certain circumstances and consideration of the item will this be accepted.

Please provide proof of purchase with your original receipt or invoice.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with in 24 hours at info@kalyannivas.co.uk

All items must be returned in a saleable condition, if products are not, a refund will not be processed.

Please measure your space accurately before ordering.

Repairs or restoration for any items particularly those of hand painted finishes are not services we provide and customers understand this should be undertaken at their own discretion.
